Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix oats, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Add milk, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, and lemon zest; stir well.
Fold in berries and nuts. Transfer to the baking dish.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until set and lightly browned. Serve warm.
Notes
