Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F, line pan, and prepare crumb topping.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, salt, and vanilla for filling.
Combine dry ingredients, then fold in wet ingredients and berries.
Fill muffin cups with batter, add cream cheese, top with berries and streusel, then bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
Cool muffins, then prepare glaze by mixing powdered sugar with milk and drizzle over muffins.
