A delicious and easy baked dessert combining flaky croissants with fresh berries and a creamy filling.

Ingredients

Croissants and Berries

  • 4 large baked croissants (broken into pieces)
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  • Spread croissant pieces in dish and layer berries on top.
  • Beat cream cheese until fluffy, then add sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla.
  • Pour mixture over croissants and berries, cover, and chill for 15 minutes or overnight.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and set. Serve warm.

Notes

For best results, serve warm and enjoy fresh berries for added flavor.
