A delicious and easy-to-make breakfast casserole featuring flaky croissants and fresh berries, baked to golden perfection.

(pre-baked, not raw dough)

sliced strawberries

8 oz cream cheese, softened

granulated sugar

milk

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
Layer half of croissant pieces and berries in the dish, then repeat.
Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add eggs, milk, vanilla, and whisk.
Pour mixture over layers, let sit 10–15 mins, then bake 35–40 mins until golden.
Cool slightly before serving; optionally dust with powdered sugar or drizzle syrup.
Notes
For a lighter version, use reduced-fat cream cheese.
