A refreshing and fruity iced tea infused with ginger and mint, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients
Water

Instructions
Bring water to a boil, add sugar and ginger, stir until dissolved.
Remove from heat, add tea, steep for 5 minutes, then strain and cool.
Stir in lemon juice, adjust sweetness or tartness as desired.
Fill glasses or jug with ice, add fruit and mint, pour cooled tea, and serve chilled.
Notes
Use fresh fruit for best flavor and serve immediately.
