Instructions
Pat the salmon dry, then rub with olive oil, lime juice, and seasoning. Let sit 10 minutes.
Prepare slaw by tossing cabbage, carrot, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, hot sauce, lime juice, and garlic powder for the sauce.
Cook salmon in a skillet 4 minutes per side until flaky, then break into chunks.
