A delicious and easy-to-make bowl inspired by the classic Big Mac, packed with seasoned beef, fresh vegetables, and a flavorful sauce.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and black pepper
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Vegetables

  • 8 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped

Instructions 

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned, then add onion, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until onions are translucent and beef is cooked through.
  • Whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, chopped pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to make the sauce.
  • Divide shredded lettuce into four bowls, top with cooked beef mixture, then add cheese, chopped pickles, tomatoes, and red onion. Drizzle with Big Mac sauce and serve.

Notes

For best flavor, prepare the sauce ahead of time to let the flavors meld.
