Instructions
Cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Mix in flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
Fold in white chocolate chips and dollop Biscoff spread into the dough.
Shape into balls, place on baking sheet, and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.
Notes
Ensure not to overbake for soft, chewy cookies.
