A flavorful stir-fry featuring tender beef slices coated in a bold black pepper sauce, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

beef sirloin, thinly sliced

vegetable oil

onion, thinly sliced

garlic, minced

fresh ginger, minced

black pepper, freshly ground

(mixed with 2 tbsp water for thickening)

Instructions
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add onion, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until fragrant and softened.
Sprinkle black pepper into the skillet and stir-fry for 1 minute to release flavors.
Pour in soy sauce, beef broth, and oyster sauce. Bring to a simmer, then return beef to coat with sauce.
Add cornstarch slurry and cook for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
Notes
Adjust black pepper to taste for desired spiciness.
