Ingredients

For the Blackened Salmon

  • 1 pound salmon fillets, skin removed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

For the Wraps

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons, lightly crushed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions 

  • Season the salmon with spices and olive oil, then cook 4–5 minutes per side until seasoned and flaky.
  • Mix lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan, croutons, and lemon juice to make the Caesar filling.
  • Flake the cooked salmon into bite-sized pieces.
  • Divide the Caesar mixture among tortillas, top with salmon, fold, and roll into wraps.
  • Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon before serving.
