These dairy-free, flourless banana muffins are quick to make and perfect for a healthy snack or breakfast.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare muffin tin.
Blend bananas, oats, eggs, almond milk, honey, baking soda, and vanilla until combined.
Add chocolate chips and briefly blend to mix.
Divide batter evenly into 12 muffin cups and bake for 15-17 minutes.
Cool muffins in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
Muffins freeze well for up to 3 months.

Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
