These delicious and healthy pancake bites are perfect for a quick breakfast or snack, packed with protein and bursting with blueberries.

Instructions
Blend cottage cheese, eggs, banana (if using), honey (if using), and vanilla until smooth.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 18–22 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Notes
