Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Mix dry ingredients; in another bowl, combine wet ingredients.
Fold wet into dry, then gently fold in blueberries.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and egg yolk for filling; spoon batter and filling into muffin cups.
Bake for 18-22 minutes; cool slightly before serving.
