Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F, line muffin tin with liners.
Divide blueberries, toss half with flour for batter, reserve the rest for topping.
Mix dry ingredients, add melted butter to make streusel topping.
Combine wet ingredients, then fold in dry ingredients and blueberries.
Fill muffin cups with batter, add cream cheese, blueberries, and streusel on top. Bake at 350°F for 22-25 minutes.
Cool muffins, prepare glaze with powdered sugar and milk, then drizzle over muffins before serving.
