Delight in these moist muffins filled with fresh blueberries and creamy cheese, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Dry ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. In another, combine wet ingredients until smooth.
Fold wet into dry just until combined. Gently fold in blueberries.
Beat cream cheese with sugar and egg yolk until smooth. Spoon batter into cups, add filling, then cover with remaining batter.
Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with a little sugar on top before baking.
