Instructions
Measure and prep all ingredients, then combine them in a large bowl.
Mix until a pliable, dough-like consistency forms, adding water or maple syrup 1 tablespoon at a time if needed.
Adjust consistency by adding oat flour if mixture is too soft, 1 tablespoon at a time.
Roll tablespoon-sized portions into balls and place on a parchment-lined sheet.
Chill the balls in the fridge for 10 minutes, then store in an airtight container.
