Delicious and nutritious no-bake bites packed with chocolate flavor and protein, perfect for a quick energy boost.

Ingredients

Dried ingredients

  • 0.25 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup oat flour
  • 0.25 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 0.5 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1-2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1-2 Tbsp water (adjust as needed)
  • dash optional salt (optional)

Instructions 

  • Measure and prep all ingredients, then combine them in a large bowl.
  • Mix until a pliable, dough-like consistency forms, adding water or maple syrup 1 tablespoon at a time if needed.
  • Adjust consistency by adding oat flour if mixture is too soft, 1 tablespoon at a time.
  • Roll tablespoon-sized portions into balls and place on a parchment-lined sheet.
  • Chill the balls in the fridge for 10 minutes, then store in an airtight container.
