Enjoy these crispy, spicy cauliflower wings coated in buffalo sauce, perfect as a vegan appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
Dough/ Batter

cup
superfine almond flour
1/2
cup
unsweetened almond milk
((can sub any milk))
1
tsp
onion salt
1
tsp
paprika
1/2
tsp
garlic powder

cups
Cauliflower
(about 1 medium cauliflower)
1/2
cup
buffalo sauce
(Tessamae's or Frank's)

Tbs
vegan butter
(can sub with ghee if not dairy-free for Whole30)
Instructions
Chop cauliflower into bite-sized pieces, removing most of the stem.
Mix almond flour, almond milk, onion salt, garlic powder, and paprika to make batter.
Toss cauliflower in batter and arrange on a baking sheet.
Bake at 450°F (230°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
Mix buffalo sauce with melted vegan butter, toss cauliflower in sauce, and bake for 10 more minutes.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for a few minutes at the end.
