A spicy and cheesy flatbread topped with buffalo chicken and blue cheese dressing, perfect for a quick appetizer or meal.

Ingredients

Flatbreads

  • 2 pieces flatbreads (14.5 ounces total)
  • 2 teaspoons light olive oil
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onions

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment and brush flatbreads with olive oil.
  • Bake for 5 minutes, then remove and spread buffalo sauce over flatbreads. Top with chicken and mozzarella, then drizzle with blue cheese dressing.
  • Return to oven and bake 12-15 minutes until edges are browned and cheese bubbles. Broil briefly for a darker top if desired.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra spice, add more buffalo sauce or a dash of hot sauce.
