A spicy and cheesy flatbread topped with buffalo chicken and blue cheese dressing, perfect for a quick appetizer or meal.
Ingredients
Flatbreads

buffalo wing sauce

diced cooked chicken

shredded mozzarella cheese

blue cheese dressing

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment and brush flatbreads with olive oil.
Bake for 5 minutes, then remove and spread buffalo sauce over flatbreads. Top with chicken and mozzarella, then drizzle with blue cheese dressing.
Return to oven and bake 12-15 minutes until edges are browned and cheese bubbles. Broil briefly for a darker top if desired.
Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
For extra spice, add more buffalo sauce or a dash of hot sauce.
