buffalo sauce

shredded Mozzarella cheese

shredded rotisserie chicken

green onions (white and green parts)

plain Greek yogurt (non-fat or full fat)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Mix all dressing ingredients to make ranch; taste and adjust seasonings.
Bake pitas for 3-4 minutes, then remove from oven.
Toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce. Spread ranch and buffalo sauce on pitas, then top with cheese, chicken, and green onions.
Bake for 7-10 minutes until golden and cheese melts. Garnish with extra ranch, buffalo sauce, green onions, and celery.
Notes
For extra flavor, add more cheese or green onions as desired.
