Delicious and spicy buffalo chicken quesadillas perfect for a quick snack or meal.

cooked chicken (shredded)

buffalo sauce

Instructions
Mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Layer tortillas with cheese, chicken mixture, and cheese; fold in half.
Heat skillet; melt 1 tablespoon butter.
Cook quesadillas 1-2 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
Repeat with remaining quesadillas; cut into 4 pieces each and serve.
Notes
Use a non-stick skillet for easier flipping.
