A flavorful and healthy dish combining tender pasta, fresh spinach and basil, zesty lemon, and perfectly baked tilapia.
Ingredients
Pasta

pasta of your choice
(for 4-5 servings)

butter

cloves
garlic, minced

tablespoons
lemon zest

tilapia

cup
fresh spinach
2
tablespoons
chopped fresh basil
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
to taste
Salt and pepper
to taste
Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Melt 1.5 tbsp butter, fry garlic 2 min, then bake tilapia with lemon zest, salt, and pepper for 20 min.
Cook pasta according to package instructions.
In a skillet, melt remaining butter, cook spinach 2 min, add basil and cook 1 min, then season with lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Combine cooked pasta with the spinach mixture, serve with tilapia on top, and sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for best flavor and adjust seasoning to taste.
