Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Make sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients until smooth.
Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, grill until cooked, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
Spread sauce on flatbread, top with cheese, chicken, peppers, and onion. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven, add sliced avocado and cilantro. Drizzle with remaining sauce and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the sauce rest in the fridge for up to a week before using.
