This Cajun Honey Butter Salmon is a deliciously spicy and sweet dish that is quick to prepare and packed with flavor.

Instructions
Pat salmon dry, rub with olive oil, and season with Cajun seasoning and salt.
Heat skillet over medium-high, sear salmon skin-side up for 3 minutes, then flip and cook for 2 minutes.
Melt butter in a saucepan, add honey, soy sauce, and garlic; simmer and add lemon juice.
Pour sauce over salmon, cook while spooning sauce for another 3-5 minutes.
Garnish with parsley, lemon wedges, and sesame seeds; serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the salmon marinate in the Cajun seasoning for 30 minutes before cooking.
