  • 1.33 lbs salmon (wild if possible)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne (adjust to preference)

Instructions 

  • Mix all spices to create Cajun seasoning. Brush salmon with olive oil and coat with seasoning.
  • Choose your preferred cooking method: broil, grill, pan-sear, or bake, and cook until salmon is just cooked through and flaky.
