This flavorful Cajun salmon and shrimp dish combines bold spices with fresh lemon and herbs for a quick, impressive meal.
Ingredients

Cajun seasoning

lemon juice + slices

Instructions
Pat salmon and shrimp dry. Rub 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning on salmon; toss shrimp with 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet. Cook salmon skin-side down 4 min, flip 3 min. Remove and set aside.
Add remaining oil, sauté shrimp 2-3 min until pink. Add garlic and butter, cook 1 min.
Return salmon to skillet, squeeze lemon juice over everything. Garnish with herbs and lemon slices.
Oven Option: Preheat to 400°F, arrange on baking sheet, drizzle with oil and seasoning, bake 12-15 min.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the seafood with seasoning for 15 minutes before cooking.
