A flavorful and spicy one-pan dish combining tender shrimp with seasoned rice for a hearty meal.
Ingredients
Rice and Broth

uncooked long grain white rice

chicken broth
Shrimp

large or jumbo shrimp, peeled and de-veined
Butter and Seasonings

tablespoons
butter, melted and divided

teaspoon
minced garlic

teaspoons
paprika

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
garlic powder

teaspoon
cracked black pepper

teaspoon
onion powder

teaspoon
dried oregano

teaspoon
cayenne pepper

crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
Mix all Cajun seasonings in a small bowl. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a skillet, add garlic, half of the seasoning, and rice; toast slightly.
Add chicken broth, bring to boil, then simmer covered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Mix remaining butter with remaining seasoning; toss shrimp in this mixture.
Stir shrimp into rice, cover, and cook 3-5 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.
Notes
Ensure shrimp are fully cooked before serving.
