large shrimp, peeled and deveined

diced red bell pepper

Cream & Broth

heavy cream

chicken broth
1/2

grated Parmesan cheese
Seasoning & Garnish
to taste

Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Season shrimp with Cajun spices, then sear in olive oil and butter until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Sauté onions and peppers until softened, then add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add broth and cream, then stir in Parmesan until smooth. Season as desired.
Combine pasta with sauce, then add shrimp and toss. Cook 1-2 minutes to meld flavors. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the dish before serving.
