Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Mix all spices; combine half with softened butter.
Remove giblets, pat turkey dry, loosen skin, and spread spice butter under skin.
Rub remaining spice butter over turkey, then coat with spice mixture. Cover loosely with foil.
Roast for 18-20 mins per pound, uncover and cook until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C). Rest before carving.
