A flavorful and easy-to-make Cajun Turkey Wrap perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Tortillas

  • 4 pieces 10-inch whole-grain flour tortillas
  • 0.5 cup Yogurt Remoulade
  • 0.5 cup Dry-Roasted Corn
  • 8 ounces Cajun Roasted Turkey Breast (or low-sodium deli Cajun turkey breast)
  • 4 leaves green lettuce
  • 8 slices red heirloom tomato (thin slices)
  • 0.5 cup Habanero Pickled Red Onions

Instructions 

  • Warm a tortilla to soften.
  • Spread 2 tbsp of yogurt remoulade on the tortilla.
  • Layer with corn, turkey, lettuce, tomato, and onions.
  • Fold sides and roll tightly. Cut in half and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of Cajun seasoning to the turkey.
