A delicious and easy flatbread topped with fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, basil, and a creamy garlic feta spread, perfect for a quick appetizer or meal.

Ingredients

Dough and Base

  • 2 pieces naan breads
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Toppings

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls or sliced mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup feta cheese

Feta Spread

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Brush naan with olive oil and bake 5–7 mins until crisp.
  • Blend feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Spread feta mixture on warm naan, top with tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and season.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve warm.

Use fresh ingredients for best flavor and serve immediately while warm.
