Instructions
Boil water with salt, cook pasta al dente, then drain and return to pot.
Blend basil, garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil until smooth; add water to adjust consistency.
Toss warm pasta with basil vinaigrette and let sit for 30 minutes.
Add mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, and pepper; toss to combine.
Adjust seasoning, plate, and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving at room temperature.
Notes
