A fresh and flavorful appetizer combining creamy avocados with a classic Caprese salad filling, drizzled with balsamic glaze.

Instructions
Combine tomatoes, mozzarella, pesto, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss to combine.
Arrange avocado halves on a plate with basil leaves.
Spoon the mixture into each avocado half and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Garnish with chopped basil. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use ripe avocados for best flavor and texture.
