A delicious and fluffy Dutch baby pancake topped with caramelised apples and cinnamon, perfect for a cozy breakfast or brunch.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced and heat a 25cm ovenproof frying pan in the oven.
Mix flour and salt, then add milk and eggs; whisk until smooth.
Remove hot pan, add butter, swirl to coat, pour batter, and bake for 15-18 minutes until puffed and golden.
Notes
Serve immediately with ice cream and maple syrup for extra indulgence.
