Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour the cake pans.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, beat wet ingredients until combined.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until smooth. Brew chai tea and add to batter.
Pour batter into pans and bake for 45 minutes. Let cool before frosting.
Prepare frosting by beating cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Spread between layers and on top.
