Instructions
Mix flour, yeast, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Add warm water and olive oil, then knead into a smooth dough.
Let the dough proof in a warm place for 1 hour until doubled in size.
Divide dough into small portions, roll into ropes, tie into knots, and place on a lined baking tray.
Bake at 200°C for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Mix garlic, melted butter, and parsley.
Brush knots with garlic butter, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of oregano or red pepper flakes before baking.
