Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Wet ingredients

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg

Cheese and herbs

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (such as chives, parsley, or thyme)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare muffin tin.

  • Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake 18-20 minutes.
