Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and cut the baby potatoes, then slice the smoked sausage into rounds.
Mix ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Coat potatoes with olive oil and half of the seasoning mix, then spread on a baking sheet with sausage.
Roast for 35-40 minutes, add cheese, and bake until melted.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot with sour cream if desired.
