A creamy and cheesy chicken Alfredo made effortlessly in the slow cooker, perfect for a comforting meal.

(freshly grated, not pre-shredded)

Instructions
Add salt, pepper, garlic, chicken, butter, cream cheese, and chicken broth to the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours until chicken is tender.
Shred the cooked chicken and stir in cooked penne pasta and Parmesan cheese.
Cook on high for an additional 15-20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use Kerrygold butter and freshly grated Parmesan.
