A delicious and cheesy spinach dip served in a hollowed-out bread loaf, perfect for sharing at gatherings.
Ingredients

1largeround loaf of bread
2tablespoonsolive oil
4clovesgarlic, crushed
2teaspoonschilli flakes
1teaspoonsalt
350gspinach leaves, chopped
1cupcream cheese
½cupGreek yogurt
½cupsour cream (optional)
½cupmozzarella, grated
½cupcheddar, grated
1lemonzested (optional)
to tasteBlack pepper
1tablespoonsweet chilli jam
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Cut the top off the loaf and hollow out the center, then cut the removed bread into chunks. Place the loaf and scraps on a lined tray and drizzle with olive oil.
Sauté garlic, salt, and chili flakes in olive oil, then add spinach and cook until wilted and water evaporates.
Mix in cream cheese, Greek yogurt, sour cream, three-quarters of mozzarella, and cheddar. Add lemon zest and pepper, then season to taste.
Fill the hollowed loaf with the spinach mixture, top with remaining mozzarella and chili flakes, then bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Serve hot, drizzled with sweet chili jam, with bread scraps and sides for dipping.
Notes
Ensure spinach is well drained to prevent watery dip.
