Instructions
Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat and cook ground beef and onions until no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes.
Add taco seasoning and salsa, stir to combine, then add black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes. Simmer for 5-6 minutes.
Stir in cooked rice, top with shredded cheese, and broil until cheese bubbles, about 1 minute.
Garnish with cilantro, avocado, sour cream, and crushed tortilla chips before serving.
Notes
