Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce in a baking dish.
Cook lasagna noodles until al dente, then drain.
Mix shredded chicken, ricotta, 1/2 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread filling on noodles, roll up, and place seam-side down in dish.
Spoon remaining Alfredo sauce over rolls, sprinkle with remaining mozzarella, and bake 25-30 mins until bubbly.
Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, use reduced-fat cheese and low-sodium Alfredo sauce.
