A creamy and flavorful Chicken Alfredo Pasta that's quick to prepare and perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breasts

heavy cream

fettuccine or your favorite pasta

Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet with olive oil for 5-7 minutes per side until cooked. Rest and slice.
Melt butter in the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Add heavy cream and simmer. Whisk in Parmesan until smooth and thickened.
Cook pasta until al dente, drain, reserving ½ cup pasta water.
Combine pasta, sliced chicken, and sauce. Toss and add reserved water if needed.
Serve garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley if desired.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
