A creamy, cheesy casserole combining tender chicken, broccoli, and rice, baked to perfection for a comforting meal.

110.5 oz cancream of chicken with herbs
110.5 oz heavy creamheavy cream(add heavy cream to cream of chicken can to measure)
1 1/2cupcheddar cheese mild or medium
1/2cupsour cream
3/4cupBoursin cheese
3tbspbayou city all purpose divided
1tbspbayou city garlic pepper
1tsponion powder
1/2tspcayenne

4cupsbroccoli florets cooked
4cupswhite rice cooked

5-6pieceschicken thighs

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a skillet, melt butter and cook seasoned chicken thighs 6-7 minutes per side, then shred and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook garlic until fragrant, deglaze with chicken stock, then add cream of chicken, heavy cream, Boursin, and 1/2 cup cheddar, stirring until smooth.
Stir in sour cream, then combine cooked rice, broccoli, and shredded chicken in a large bowl. Mix with the cheese sauce and season with bayou city seasonings, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
Transfer mixture to a casserole dish, top with remaining cheddar, cover with foil, and bake 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Let cool briefly, then garnish with parsley and paprika before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle additional cheese on top before baking.
