2tablespoonslemon juice
2tablespoonsolive oil(plus more for pan)
1teaspoondried oregano
0.5teaspoongarlic powder
0.5teaspoonKosher salt
0.25teaspoonground black pepper
Vegetables & Cheese
4cupschopped romaine lettuce
1cupcherry tomatoes, halved
0.5cupshredded or grated parmesan cheese(plus more to taste)
0.75cupstore-bought croutons(plus more to taste)
to tastestore-bought Caesar dressing
6largeflour tortillas
Instructions
Pound chicken to ¾ inch thickness, then marinate with lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for 10-15 minutes.
Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through. Rest and dice.
Mix diced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, parmesan, croutons, and Caesar dressing in a bowl. Toss to combine.
Microwave tortillas for 10-15 seconds to soften.
Assemble wraps by placing filling on tortillas, folding sides, and rolling tightly. Optional: toast in a skillet until golden.
Cut wraps in half if desired and serve.
