Delicious and easy-to-make Chicken Caesar Wraps perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. Packed with flavorful chicken, fresh veggies, and creamy Caesar dressing, they are sure to satisfy.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 large chicken breasts, skinless, boneless
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (plus more for pan)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper

Vegetables & Cheese

  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 cup shredded or grated parmesan cheese (plus more to taste)
  • 0.75 cup store-bought croutons (plus more to taste)
  • to taste store-bought Caesar dressing
  • 6 large flour tortillas

Instructions 

  • Pound chicken to ¾ inch thickness, then marinate with lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for 10-15 minutes.
  • Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through. Rest and dice.
  • Mix diced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, parmesan, croutons, and Caesar dressing in a bowl. Toss to combine.
  • Microwave tortillas for 10-15 seconds to soften.
  • Assemble wraps by placing filling on tortillas, folding sides, and rolling tightly. Optional: toast in a skillet until golden.
  • Cut wraps in half if desired and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or a sprinkle of additional parmesan before serving.
