A delicious and easy-to-make flatbread topped with chicken, cheese, and fresh tomatoes, finished with a flavorful ranch-chipotle drizzle.

Ingredients

Flatbreads

  • 2 pieces flatbreads

Cheese

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Garlic

  • 1 clove garlic, diced

Chicken

  • 4 tenders cooked and cubed chicken tenders

Tomatoes

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, quartered

Seasonings

  • salt salt, to taste
  • pepper pepper, to taste

Sauces

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

Seasoning Mix

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chipotle seasoning

Herbs

  • 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves, chopped

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place flatbreads on parchment-lined baking sheet, sprinkle with cheese, then top with garlic, chicken, and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 16 minutes.
  • Mix ranch dressing with chipotle seasoning in a small bowl.
  • Drizzle ranch mixture over flatbreads and sprinkle with cilantro leaves.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime or hot sauce.
