A delicious and creamy pasta dish featuring tender chicken and a flavorful tomato sauce, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 3-4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Dried Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme) herbs (to taste)
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince garlic.
  • Cook pasta until al dente; set aside.
  • Cook chicken in olive oil until browned, season with salt and pepper.
  • Add garlic and tomatoes, cook for 1 minute.
  • Stir in heavy cream and herbs, simmer until thickened. Combine with pasta.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with parmesan or basil if desired.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add grated parmesan cheese on top before serving.
