Instructions
Boil water for ramen noodles.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper in a bowl.
Stir-fry chicken in oil until cooked, then set aside.
Stir-fry vegetables, then add garlic, ginger, and white onions.
Cook ramen noodles, drain, then combine with chicken, vegetables, and sauce.
Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chili flakes or sesame seeds as a garnish.
