A quick and flavorful dish combining tender chicken, savory teriyaki sauce, and hearty noodles for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

Instructions
Whisk soy sauce, mirin, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl until sugar dissolves. Toss chicken in marinade, refrigerate 30 min to 8 hrs.
Cook noodles in salted boiling water until tender, drain, and toss with a splash of oil.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
If using marinade, pour into skillet, bring to simmer, add cornstarch slurry to thicken sauce.
Add noodles to skillet, toss to coat, heat through. Serve garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate chicken longer or add a splash of rice vinegar to the sauce.
