Ingredients
For the salmon:

Instructions
Make your cilantro yogurt sauce. Set aside in the fridge.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix salmon with seasonings, then bake for 15-20 minutes.
Prepare the avocado peach salsa by mixing all ingredients. Chill until ready.
Char tortillas if desired, then assemble tacos with salmon, cabbage, salsa, jalapeños, and sauce. Garnish with cilantro. Serve.
Notes
For best flavor, let the salmon marinate briefly before baking.
