Delightful no-bake treats combining creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate in a simple, quick recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (for melting chocolate)

Instructions 

  • Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
  • Heat peanut butter and 1/2 cup butter until melted, then mix in powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt.
  • Spread mixture into pan and chill for 2 hours.
  • Melt chocolate chips and 2 tbsp butter until smooth.
  • Pour melted chocolate over peanut butter layer and refrigerate until set.
  • Cut into 16 squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.
